Recoveri Password Administrator dengan ophcrack

        Sore tadi seorang temen minta bantuan untuk mendapatkan password administrator Windows XP Professional, pada sebuah komputer salah satu staff yang sudah resign. Wah… kebetulan sekali bisa nyobain tools yang sudah lama ngendon di hard disk. Tanpa pikir panjang , langsung saya burning file iso ophcrack Vista LiveCD yang sudah saya download dari sini . Sebelumnya saya sempat ragu, apakah ophcrack vista bisa digunakan juga untuk windows XP. Dan akhrnya keraguan itu terjawab setelah beberapa saat komputer tadi saya boot dengan livecd tersebut, Hanya kurang dari 1 menit si ophcrack bisa mendapatkan password administratornya (lantaran passwordnya cuma 2 digit).

 

       Tool ini seperti pisau bermata dua, buat administrator mungkin perlu berhati-hati, karena kemampuan ophcrack dapat dimanfaatkan user anda untuk meng-hack password anda. Untuk meminimalisir penyalahgunaan oleh user, pastikan akses BIOS di komputer user anda aman dari jangkauan user anda, juga pastikan firstboot BIOS PC yang digunakan user anda adalah ke HDD.
